Workforce Development

The Workforce Development Group brings together key Lambeth First partners including the Council, Voluntary Sector, Police, NHS and Lambeth College to develop a range of ways to integrate approaches to workforce development and learning across Lambeth First partners.

We want to create ‘One Lambeth Workforce’ across our partner organisations that share a common set of cooperative values and principles. We want to equip partner’s employees with the skills and knowledge to work more cooperatively to redesign and co-produce our public services.

We have created a 'One Lambeth Cooperative University Prospectus' that details all of the programmes of work we are currently doing and planning this will shortly be accessible.

You can also use the link on the left hand side of this page to access our Cooperative University Calendar. Over the coming months we hope to expand the range of training and networking events on the calendar that are open to partners.
