Developed through a process of open engagement, the Mental Wellbeing Programme is for all people in Lambeth who are involved in making their community and neighbourhood a better place to live. Some of the actions are for everyone and some are for managers and front line staff who are delivering services. However the main responsibility to enable the Programme to happen lies with people developing policy and strategy who have to make sure the Lambeth environment as a whole promotes and protects the wellbeing and resilience of people living and working in the borough. So the detailed actions are for Lambeth First as the partnership of organisations charged with enabling the social and economic conditions and a built environment where people and communities can flourish.
