Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that replace the need to use a mouse for navigation. Unfortunately, different browsers use access keys in different ways. In general you need to hold down a key or two, and then press the access key you want.
Firefox 2 and 3: Hold down the SHIFT key and the ALT key and then press the number of the access key
Firefox 1.5 for PCs: Hold down the ALT key and press the number of the access key
Opera 9: Hold SHIFT and the ESC key and the list of access keys will appear.
Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the ALT key, press the number of the access key, release both keys then press ENTER
Internet Explorer 4: Hold down the ALT key and press the number of the access key
Netscape 7: Hold down the ALT key and press the number of the access key
Netscape 6+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key
Netscape earlier versions: Access keys are not supported
Google Chrome 1: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key
Firefox 2 and 3: Hold down the SHIFT key and the ALT key and then press the number of the access key
Firefox 1.5: Hold down the CTRL key and press the number of the access key
Safari: Hold down the CTRL key and press the number of the access key
Opera 9: Hold SHIFT and the ESC key and the list of access keys will appear.
Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the CTRL key and press the number of the access key
Internet Explorer 4.5: Access keys are not supported
Google Chrome 1: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key
To navigate through this website, please use the menu on the left-hand side of the page. You can use the tab key to navigate through the menu links. Using a screen reader or text only browser you can skip the navigation using the skip navigation link.
You may change the display font size to your preference using your browser. In Internet Explorer, select View, then Text Size, and then your preferred size. In Firefox select View and Zoom and Increase (ctrl + +) or decrease (ctrl + -). In Netscape select View, then Text Zoom, and then your preferred percentage size. Other browsers may vary.
You may import your own style sheet into this website. In Internet Explorer select Tools, then Internet options, and then Accessibility. Next click on any or all of three checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window you can change your style sheet by clicking the checkbox that says, 'format documents using my style sheet' then simply browse to your style sheet and click ok. In Netscape select Edit, then Preferences and then Appearance. You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.
We recommend that users download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to view Adobe PDF files. Please note some older archived Adobe PDF files may not be completely accessible when using screen readers, as PDF files are only accessible when they have specifically been made to be so.
