Lambeth First Masterclasses

Masterclasses

To support the move to a ‘One Lambeth’ workforce, Lambeth First and Lambeth College have established a programme of masterclasses for current and aspiring leaders across our partner organisations.

The masterclasses are given by an exciting mix of nationally-renowned speakers coming from a range of backgrounds including academia and business.  They provide insights and opinions on particular topics, identifying critical factors, teasing out arguments and challenging thinking. The classes encourage lively, stimulating and thought-provoking debates on important leadership topics.

Are they for me?

If you are reading this, then yes they are!

These masterclass sessions are open to anyone in our partnership organisations who is or has an interest in developing as a leader.

We want people to bring and share their own ideas and their leadership challenges. These classes are designed to inspire people to think differently about leadership in Lambeth and to share the knowledge learned with colleagues across the borough.
