Welcome to the Learning Disability Partnership website homepage

Our partnership board has been running since 2001. The partnership helps people with learning disabilities and carers be involved in making Lambeth better for people with learning disabilities. 

Valuing People in 2001 and Valuing People Now in 2009, are reports written by the government. They say what needs to happen to make the lives of people with learning disabilities better. They said that each local area needs to set up a partnership board with people with learning disabilities and family carers on it. The partnership boards' job is to make sure that the changes that were said by Valuing People are happening in Lambeth.
