Recruitment onto the FJF scheme has now ended

Recruitment onto the FJF scheme has now ended. No new applications will be accepted.

Lambeth First won funding in December 2009 to create new jobs for Lambeth's young people at risk of becoming long term unemployed through the previous government's Future Jobs Fund.  

The Fund enabled over 328 people in Lambeth to kick start their careers by securing six month paid placements in a wide range of Lambeth organisations.
Employees on the scheme are able to access support and training to enable them to be 'work ready' by the end of their placement. 

This site has been created in order to provide people on the scheme with information and advice on how to secure permanent roles after they complete their placement.
