There is now an easier way to get great advice from an inspirational leader without having to endure the stress of Sir Alan’s boardroom. FJF trainees can now sign up to the Lambeth First mentoring scheme, run by Lambeth Council.

A mentor is someone who will give advice to help you develop your career. You set the agenda for what you want talk about in your sessions, which could include your career ambitions, your mentor's career to date, your CV, interview techniques and networking.

Lambeth First mentors are senior managers from a range of sectors such as local government, banking, construction and the private sector. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get some great objective advice from Lambeth’s best professionals.
